Established in 2015, Gallery Dental is the leading provider of general dentistry in North Richland Hills, TX. Founded on Dr. Al's vision to transform every smile into a work of art, our innovative dental solutions empower patients to reach their smile goals and maintain optimal oral health.

Dr. Aws Aldarkazali, DMD, FAGD
Dr. Aldarkazali, or Dr. Al to his patients, earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine; one of only three Ivy League dental schools in the world. After graduation, Dr. Al completed his General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Hospital in New York City, known as one of the busiest and most diverse hospitals in the nation. At Montefiore, Dr. Al learned to treat a wide variety of issues that many general dentists are not exposed to, which expanded his knowledge and skills.
He completed an intensive two-year program in advanced orthodontics for general dentists with the Academy of General Practitioner Orthodontics. Dr. Al is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry a distinction earned by only 8% of dentists in Texas that requires the completion of over 500 hours of continuing education and passing a rigorous written exam.
Dr. Al is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Association. As a firm believer in technology and continued education, Dr. Al strives to complete as many continued education courses, seminars, and clinical workshops as possible to keep up with the latest in the dental field and provide his patients with the most comprehensive advanced dental care.
In 2014, Dr. Al and his wife, Ruth, moved from New York to Texas and have made the Lone Star State their home. In 2015, they opened Gallery Dental and welcomed a baby boy, Ari, into their lives. In his free time, Dr. Al likes to watch baseball and play tennis and soccer. He enjoys painting and drawing and is an artist at heart.
Carla
office manager
Carla is our Office Manager. She began her dental career in 1994 as a registered dental assistant. She enjoys helping and interacting with our patients. The Gallery Dental team enjoys her positive personality and how she likes to take care of everyone. Patients also say they appreciate her gentle and compassionate manner when talking about their dental and financial needs. Carla strives to make dentistry understandable and affordable for every patient by helping find unique ways to fit it into their budgets. Although she won’t be directly handling your dental care, Carla works to make sure our team has the needed support to best treat our patients and keep the office running smoothly. Carla’s extensive dental knowledge and her experience in the financial and management areas of dentistry and our practice makes her an excellent asset to our team.
When not working at Gallery Dental, Carla loves to spend time with her husband of nearly 30 years, their daughter and her family to include their 2 precious grandchildren. She raised her family in the Keller/ Fort Worth area and still calls that home. She enjoys watching her favorite football and basketball teams, the Tennessee Volunteers and Dallas Cowboys, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Kelly
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & INSURANCE COORDINATOR
Kelly was raised here in Colleyville, Texas with DEEP roots to this area. When the town changed the name from Brandford Community to Colleyville, it was her great- great grandfather, Dr. Colley, that they named it after. When you call our office or you walk through our doors, Kelly’s face or voice is the one that will most likely greet you. Kelly has a background in medical billing and coding and worked in the dental community since 2018. When asked what she loves about working here at Gallery Dental, she said “she loves making connections with the patients and seeing them smile when they walk out the doors knowing that we helped them”! She also said that she enjoys the positive work environment that Dr. Al provides and that she just loves coming to work every day
When not working in the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She and her husband call North Richland Hills home. Being that she is a good old Texas gal, she also likes spending time hanging out in her pool with her family and friends. She also enjoys singing in her church and painting, designing and crafting.
Georgina "Gina"
DENTAL HYGIENIST - BILINGUAL
Gina began her dental career in 2008 when she graduated from Dental Hygiene school in Gresham, Oregon. As a dental hygienist, Gina absolutely loves helping improve the patient’s overall health and smiles! She also enjoys educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey. She has spent a long time perfecting the patient experience to be the most positive experience possible for her patients while still being thorough yet gentle. She loves getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships. She has been your dental hygienist here at Gallery Dental for a couple of years and really enjoys the work environment that we have created here.
Gina grew up in San Diego where her parents and most of her relatives still live but is loving her community here in the Keller/Fort Worth area! She is married and together they have 2 sons. When not in the office she loves traveling to visit family, trying out new recipes, working in the garden and watching movies with her family and friends.
Alejandra "Alex"
dental assistant - bilingual
Alex has been working the dental field since 2009. She has been your dental assistant at Gallery Dental for many years and is quick to make the patients feel at ease with kindness and humor. She is the voice you will hear laughing the most throughout our office and brings joy to us all. Her passion in her job is working with patients to them get the smile they want. She continues to strive for positive experiences here at Gallery Dental by going above and beyond the standard of care and continues to grow in her skills and her relationships with her patients.
Alex grew up in the Fort Worth area and calls Justin, Texas home. She is married with 2 children. She and her husband love hunting for and collecting Star Wars memorabilia and spending time with their family and friends.

Sophia
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Sophia graduated from Dental Assisting school in 2018. Working as a dental assistant, Sophia enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships with them. She likes the dental assisting aspect of dentistry as she feels like she is helping people and loves that in the dental field you get to learn new things every day. Patients appreciate her calming voice and sweet disposition which really put patients at ease.
Sophia is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and likes spending time with her friends and family. She likes spending time “window shopping” for new ideas for decorating or for making long term plans for her family. Sophia is also a new mother to our “Office baby”, Isaiah, who was born in December 2023 and is completely in love with her new little man.
